🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Wrong size/color ordered
  2. Change of mind

Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

⚠️ Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any quality issues, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a free replacement or full refund if:

  1. The product is damaged
  2. There is a printing error
  3. The item you received is not what you ordered

📸 Please email us at onpointjourney.info@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

  • A photo of the item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
    We will contact our fulfillment partner immediately to resolve the issue.

📦 Return Address
In most cases, you won’t need to return the item. If a return is necessary, we’ll provide the return address for our fulfillment center based on your region.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Processing Time
Refunds and replacements are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

❗️Non-Returnable Items
Because each product is custom-made just for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size, style, or color chosen by the customer
  • Customer remorse or preference changes
